• The client agrees to provide all necessary information, materials, and approvals in a timely manner to facilitate the delivery of services.
• Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

Intellectual Property:

• All intellectual property rights associated with the services provided by Aspire Agency shall remain the property of Aspire Agency, unless otherwise specified in writing.
• The client shall retain ownership of any pre-existing intellectual property or materials provided to Aspire Agency for use in the project.

Confidentiality:

• Both parties agree to treat any confidential information shared during the course of the project as strictly confidential and not disclose it to any third parties without prior written consent.

Payment Terms:

• The client agrees to pay the agreed-upon fees for the services rendered by Aspire Agency as outlined in the project proposal or contract.
• Payment terms, including due dates and accepted methods of payment, will be specified in the project proposal or contract.

Limitation of Liability:

• Aspire Agency will exercise reasonable care and skill in delivering the services. However, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

Termination:

• Either party may terminate the services with written notice if the other party breaches any material provision of the agreement.
• Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
